Loral Space & Communications Undervalued - Barron's
Loral Space & Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: LORL) does not reflect its own share price, a Barron's article reports today. The company is a spin-off of the old Loral defense business.
Loral S&C has about a $860 million market cap and a 64% asset stake in Telesat. Some investors believe that the Telesat stake alone is worth about $40 per Loral share and Loral's space-systems operations worth about another $10 per share more.
