Leading Service Management Software Provider Adds Jim Triandiflou as Chief Executive Officer and Dave O'Connor as Chief Financial Officer

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Insight Direct, the leading provider of software for companies that need a better way to manage service delivery, today announced the appointment of Jim Triandiflou to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and Dave O'Connor to the post of Chief Financial Officer. With more than 40 years combined senior leadership experience growing innovative high-technology companies into profitable enterprises, Triandiflou and O'Connor join Insight Direct as it capitalizes on significant growth opportunities for its field service management solutions.

Triandiflou's career spans more than 20 years building companies as both a senior executive and consultant to management. Prior to joining Insight Direct, Jim served as Chief Operating Officer at Centive, a leading provider of sales compensation management software. During Jim's tenure, Centive grew its on-premise software business to profitability and successfully launched the industry's first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales compensation product prior to its acquisition by Xactly. Before joining Centive, Jim was founder, president and CEO of Ockham Technologies where he raised capital, secured the company's first customers and rapidly grew the business before guiding the company to its acquisition by Centive. Prior to founding Ockham Technologies, Jim held senior management and operational positions with The Alexander Group (AGI) and Bozell Advertising. He is a graduate of the State University of New York College at Oswego and holds an MBA from Arizona State University.

Much like Triandiflou, Dave O'Connor has a track-record of leading high-technology companies through periods of rapid growth and profitability. Most recently, Dave served as Chief Financial Officer at Oblicore, a leading provider of Service Level Management software, where he managed the company's 30% revenue growth from 2006 to 2008. Prior to joining Oblicore, Dave founded Foundation Partners, a financial services company focused on providing outsourced CFO and M&A services for companies such as Mzinga and Exact Software. Prior to starting Foundation Partners, Dave served as Chief Financial Officer at Surebridge, a leading provider of outsourced enterprise application solutions for middle market companies, where helped secure more than $46 million in private equity funding and executed the sale to Navisite in 2004. Before joining Surebridge, Dave served as Chief Financial Officer at Beansprout Networks, an online hub that connects parents, pediatricians, child care centers and the vendors that serve these markets. Prior to Beansprout Networks, Dave held senior financial management positions with Answerthink (Nasdaq: ANSR), Think New Ideas, and BBG Media. Dave spent the first five years of his career in the Audit Practice of Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
