PEIX FUTURE IS BRIGHT,CORN PRICE DELINES,SWITCH TO CELLULOSIC HELPS. TARIFF ON CORN FEEDSTOCK IMPORTS SHOULD BE DROPPED,LOWERING COST EVEN MORE AND WOULD CREATE AGRO-JOBS IN MEXICO,RESULTING IN LESSER MEXICAN JOB SEEKERS CROSSING US BORDER.
