Facebook (NASDAQ: FB) shares are poised to open lower by less than 1% after it denied hackers were responsible for an outage that lasted for 45 minutes. Hacker Lizard Squad originally claimed responsibility, but Facebook denied its claims and tied loss of service to a change that affected it configuration systems. Services are back up.
