Downtown Ottawa in Lockdown Following Attack

Downtown Ottawa is in lockdown after Parliament Hill came under attack. Reports say a man with a a rifle shot a soldier standing guard at the National War Memorial. The gunman has been killed, but two or more possible suspects remain at large.
