Bill Gross Said Planning to Sue PIMCO Over Ouster; Will to Seek ~$200M

Bill Gross is planning to sue PIMCO for 'hundreds of millions' over ouster, according to various reports.

UPDATE - According to reports, the suit could come in around $200 million.

The beginning of the suit says PIMCO execs were driven by a lust for power, greed, and a desire to improve their own financial position ... Their improper, dishonest, and unethical behavior must now be exposed.

Gross is suing PIMCO for breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing, among other items. His lawyer, Patricia L. Glaser, said that he plans to donate any money received in the suit to charity, noted the NY Times.

PIMCO did not respond to requests for comment on Thursday.
