PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly dividend of $.18 per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend will be paid on July 25, 2008 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2008.
Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation is a leading producer of forged and cast rolling mill rolls for the worldwide steel and aluminum industries. It is also a producer of air and liquid processing equipment.
