Greece's Samaras fails to get votes to elect president, according to Bloomberg, citing the initial tally.
UPDATE - Voting is still ongoing.
The initial tally shows that the Greek parliament moved to block appointment of Stavros Dimas as president. Dimas needs support of 200 lawmakers in the 300-seat parliament. More than 100 didn't approve of the appointment.
