Romney Wouldn't Re-Appoint Bernanke, Doesn't Back QE3

In an interview on Fox Business Network, Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney said he wouldn't appoints Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke to a new term.
He also said he doesn't back QE3, as QE2 was ineffective.
