Under the terms of the agreement, Freescale will pay $3.00 cash per outstanding share of SigmaTel stock, or approximately $110 million in total.
Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: DTG) 35.4% LOWER; expects full year 2007 non-GAAP earnings per diluted share to be in the range of $0.90 to $0.95. Non-GAAP earnings per diluted share excludes the change in fair value of derivatives. These results are below the Company's prior guidance issued in early November of $1.75 to $1.85 of non-GAAP earnings per diluted share.
