Momenta Pharma (Nasdaq: MNTA) stock was active mid-day on Friday, gaining 3%. Teva Pharmaceutical (NYSE: TEVA) stock sank. The moves appear related to a mixed court ruling that will block generic versions of multiple sclerosis drug Capoxone until 2014.

Several Teva patent claims were upheld, but others were ruled invalid following arguments by Mylan (Nasdaq: MYL). Momenta and Novartis AG (NYSE: NVS) are developing generic versions of Capaxone.
