Heartland Payment Systems Inc. (NYSE: HPY) declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.01 per common share, or $0.04 annualized.
The dividend is payable to shareholders of record on November 23, 2009 and will be paid on December 15, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 19, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 0.3%.
