Priceline.com Inc. (NASDAQ: PCLN) 4% HIGHER; will replace Schering-Plough in the S&P 500.

eResearch Technology (NASDAQ: ERES) 4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.06, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.06. Revenue for the quarter was $22.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $24.51 million. For the fourth quarter of 2009, management anticipates diluted net income per share of between $0.05 and $0.06, which translates into full year 2009 guidance of between $0.20 and $0.21. This is in line with the lower end of our previously issued guidance. Baldor Electric (NYSE: BEZ) 3.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.27, versus the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter was $380.40 million, which compares to the estimate of $403.54 million. Sees Q409 sales down 20 - 25% versus one year ago.

Hertz Global Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) 3.6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.31, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Standard Pacific Corp. (NYSE: SPF) 3.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.01 loss, 8 cents better analyst estimate of $0.07 loss. Home building revenue for the quarter was $269.9 million.

Powerwave Technologies (NASDAQ: PWAV) 3.2% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.00, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.00. Revenue for the quarter was $139 million, which compares to the estimate of $139.86 million.

ImmunoGen, Inc. (NASDAQ: IMGN) 3.1% HIGHER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.22, 2 cents worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.20). Revenue for the quarter was $3.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $4.54 million.
