Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) today announced that it priced a public offering of 8,500,000 of its common units representing limited-partner interests at $51.43 per unit. The offering is expected to close on Aug. 13, 2012.
Williams Partners also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,275,000 common units.
