Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO) today announced that its public offering of 6,500,000 shares of Class A common stock has been priced at $20.25 per share. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Taleo.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. is acting as co-manager. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to 975,000 shares of Class A common stock from Taleo solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
