Synaptics (SYNA) Filed a $250M Mixed Securities Shelf

After the close Friday, Synaptics Inc. (Nasdaq: SYNA) filed a $250 million mixed securities shelf registration with the SEC on form S-3. The offering will allow the company to sell various securities from time to time.

Synaptics Incorporated develops and supplies custom-designed human interface solutions that enable people to interact with various mobile computing, communications, entertainment, and other electronic devices.
