Boston Communications Group, Inc., (Nasdaq: BCGI) 70% HIGHER; Megasoft Limited and Boston Communications Group announced a definitive agreement for Megasoft Limited to acquire Boston Communications Group, Inc., for $3.60 per share of BCGI common stock, in cash, for an expected aggregate purchase price of approximately $65 million. Shares of BCGI closed at $1.99 on Tuesday.

TVIA Inc. (Nasdaq: TVIA) 53% LOWER; Company sent a response letter to NASDAQ requesting termination of the listing of the Company\\\'s common stock with The NASDAQ Capital Market. The letter informed NASDAQ that the Company\\\'s Board of Directors has determined that it would be too costly to bring Tvia into compliance with NASDAQ\\\'s continuing listing requirements, that attempting such an expenditure could jeopardize the Company\\\'s ability to continue in operations, and that the Company\\\'s Board of Directors has, therefore, decided not to invest the additional resources required to attempt to continue its NASDAQ listing. In response to the Company\\\'s request, NASDAQ informed the Company that the Company\\\'s securities will be delisted, and trading in those securities on the NASDAQ Stock Market will be suspended effective at the open of business on July 12, 2007.

New Brunswick Scientific Co. (Nasdaq: NBSC) 40% HIGHER; The company and Eppendorf Group have entered into a merger agreement whereby Eppendorf will acquire the outstanding common stock of NBS for $11.50 per share.

Vital Images, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTAL) 25% LOWER; Announced preliminary second quarter 2007 revenue of approximately $15.1 million to $15.4 million, versus $16.9 million reported in the second quarter of 2006. The second quarter 2007 net loss per share is expected to range from $0.02 to $0.05, compared to net income per diluted share of $0.09 recorded in the second quarter of 2006. (Consensus is $22.51 million and EPS consensus of $0.15 profit). Vital Images revised its forward-looking revenue guidance for the full year ending December 31, 2007, and currently is expecting revenue of approximately $75 million to $80 million, compared with revenue of $70.5 million in 2006. The company\\\\\\\'s prior revenue guidance was $90 million to $95 million. (Consensus is $92.97 million)

Amtech Systems (Nasdaq: ASYS) 22.5% HIGHER; Announces $4.4 Million in additional new solar orders.

Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR) 20% LOWER; Expects fiscal 2008 first quarter total revenue of approximately $278 million (based on software license revenues of approximately $47 million, maintenance revenue of approximately $113.5 million, and professional services revenue of approximately $117.5 million) (Consensus is $301.58 million)

Innovo Group Inc. (Nasdaq: INNO) 14.2% HIGHER; Reports Q1 EPS of $0.01 compared to a loss of $0.15 for the same period last year. Revenues were $15.2 million compared to $9.8 million for the same period last year.

Rock-Tenn Co. (NYSE: RKT) 12.9% HIGHER; The stock is seeing action after more industry consolidation (with Graphic Packaging Corp. (NYSE:GPK) and Altivity Packaging LLC announced a $1.75 billion merger). JPMorgan analyst says recent consolidation has helped raise benchmark list prices for paperboard. Rock-Tenn competes directly with Graphics Packaging and Altivity. Deutsche Bank also upgraded Rock-Tenn to Buy this morning.

Willbros Group, Inc. (NYSE: WG) 5.3% HIGHER; Announced that both its Engineering and Construction units have been awarded new projects for work in the United States and Canada. The aggregate value of these contracts, which have components which are not yet fully defined, is expected to range from $350-400 million.

Energizer (NYSE: ENR) 5% HIGHER; Jim Cramer makes positive comments on Energizer (NYSE: ENR), saying the company/stock is a leader and Cramer\\\'s thesis is strong big cap\\\'s that move past $80 per share in a bull market usually go to $120. Cramer is also positive on rumors the company will be coming out with a battery/battery charger for the iPod.

Unilever plc (NYSE: UN) (NYSE: UL) 4.7% HIGHER; Rumors Colgate-Palmolive Co. (NYSE: CL) could buy the company.
