Rockwood Holdings (ROC) To Sell 10M Shares at $34
Rockwood Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ROC) said funds affiliated with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners III, as well as certain management stockholders, have agreed to sell an aggregate of 10 million shares of common stock of Rockwood, at $34.00 per share.
Rockwood Holdings will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
