Rex Energy (REXX) Prices 7M Offering at 9.25/Share

Rex Energy Corporation "Rex Energy" (Nasdaq: REXX) today announced that it had priced an underwritten public offering of 7.0 million shares of common stock at a price of $9.25 per share. The offering is expected to close on February 6, 2012. Rex Energy has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.05 million additional shares to satisfy any overallotments.
