Prudential Financial (PRU) To Offer $1.25B In Stock, Won't Participate In TARP
Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced that it has commenced a public offering of $1.25 billion of its Common Stock.
Prudential also announced that, after conducting a thorough review, management has determined the company will not participate in the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Capital Purchase Program.
