Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC) announced today that it has declared a first fiscal quarter cash distribution of $0.4075 per share, marking the Company's 20th consecutive quarterly increase. The company had previously paid a $0.40625 per share dividend.
The ex-dividend date is Tuesday, October 6, 2009. The record date is Thursday, October 8, 2009. The payment date is Monday, October 19, 2009.
The dividend yield moves from 16.04% to 16.09%.
