PennantPark Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: PNNT) announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 4,300,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $8.00 per share, raising approximately $34,400,000 in gross proceeds.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including to repay outstanding indebtedness and to fund investments in accordance with its investment objectives.
