ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRKR) announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.00 per share. Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as the sole underwriter and manager of the offering.
