PVF Capital Corp. (Nasdaq: PVFC) 32.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.54, versus a loss of $0.12 for the same period 2008. Revenue for the quarter was $10 million, which compares to the estimate of $9.23 million.

Novatel Wireless (NASDAQ: NVTL) 26% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.20, 10 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenue for the quarter was $94.3 million, which compares to the estimate of $95.55 million.

WPT Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: WPTE) 24.3% HIGHER; Mandalay Media, Inc. today announced that it has increased its proposal to the Board of Directors of WPT Enterprises. The revised proposal is to acquire WPT for $36.5 million, consisting of $28.5 million in cash, $5 million in Mandalay Media stock and perpetual revenue participation rights, guaranteed to be at least $3 million. The estimated value to shareholders per share is $1.77, including the guaranteed portion of the revenue participation rights, and as adjusted for the actual share count at closing.

Conexant (Nasdaq: CNXT) 24.1% HIGHER; reported Q4 core EPS of $0.11, inline the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $60 million, which compares to the estimate of $57 million. Conexant also guided Q1 EPS to $0.11, versus the Street estimate of $0.07, and sales to $60 million, versus $52.20 million from analysts.

Harris Interactive Inc. (Nasdaq: HPOL) 23.5% HIGHER; reports Q1 adjusted EPS of $1.90, compared to $0.10 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $38.90 million, versus $50.30 million in Q109.

LIN TV Corp. (NYSE: TVL) 22.6% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of ($0.02), 5 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.07). Revenue for the quarter was $81.40 million, which compares to the estimate of $76.36 million.

GFI Group Inc. (NASDAQ: GFIG) 21.8% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.06, 3 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $192.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $195.25 million.

MicroStrategy Inc. (Nasdaq: MSTR) 20.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.73, versus the analyst estimate of $0.94. Revenue for the quarter was $104 million, which compares to the estimate of $91.95 million.

Georgia Gulf Corporation (NYSE: GGC) 16.3% LOWER; today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective the Company's registration statement on Form S-1. The registration statement registers for resale 31,179,092 shares of the Company's common stock issued in the Company's recent private debt exchanges.

Nanometrics (NASDAQ: NANO) 14.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.08, 14 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter was $25.8 million, which compares to the estimate of $21.10 million.

Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: IDIX) 13.2% LOWER; reports a Q3 loss of $0.18, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.24). Revenue for the quarter was $3.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $3.04 million. Bare Essentials, Inc. (NASDAQ: BARE) 12.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.24, 3 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $135.7 million, which compares to the estimate of $131.58 million.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (NYSE: LVS) 9.5% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.03, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter was $1.14 billion, which compares to the estimate of $1.17 billion.

Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUTH) 9.4% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.01, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of ($0.02). Revenue for the quarter was $77.80 million, which compares to the estimate of $80.66 million.
