Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. (NASDAQ: MNRTA) today announced the pricing of a registered direct placement of approximately 1,700,000 common shares at an offering price of $6.50. Expected gross revenue from the transaction is about $10 million.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase additional properties in the ordinary course of business and for general corporate purposes.
CSCA Capital Advisors, LLC acted as Placement Agent for the transaction.
