Monmouth REI (MNRTA) Prices 4M Common Offering at $7.50/Share
Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation (Nasdaq: MNRTA) today announced the pricing of a registered direct placement of 4,000,000 common shares at an offering price of $7.50. The Company expects to receive net proceeds from the offering of approximately $28,300,000 and expects to close the transaction on or about April 23, 2010. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase additional properties in the ordinary course of business and for general corporate purposes.
