Metro Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: METR) has completed its offering of 6.25 million shares of its common stock to the public at $12.00 per share.
Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. and RBC Capital Markets Corporation acted as co-book running managers for the offering. The offering was made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the SEC.
The net proceeds of approximately $70.7 million from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
