MagicJack VocalTec, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CALL) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $200 million of Ordinary Shares, Warrants, Units, or any combination thereof.
The company also filed for a secondary offering of 5 million Ordinary Shares on behalf of Selling Shareholders. MagicJack won't receive proceeds from the secondary offeing sales.
