Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Prices 6.5M Shares at $35

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL) announced the pricing of a public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $35.00 per share. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares of common stock to cover overallotments.

Jones Lang LaSalle closed at $35.66 yesterday.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding indebtedness under its unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
