Hughes Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: HUGH) said the public offering of 2,239,600 shares of its common stock has priced at $50.00 per share.
In the offering, Hughes is selling 2,000,000 shares and certain selling stockholders, including members of its senior management, are selling a total of 239,600 shares. Hughes has also granted an option to the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 335,940 shares of common stock.
Shares of HUGH closed at $50.99 yesterday.
