Helicos BioSciences Corporation (Nasdaq: HLCS) filed a $50 million shelf offering with the SEC covering common stock and warrants.
The company said, "From time to time we may offer up to $50,000,000 of our common stock, warrants to purchase common stock or a combination of these securities in one or more transactions. We may also offer common stock upon the exercise of warrants."
