Generac (GNRC) Weaker on Word Pulled Secondary Is Back

Generac Holdings (NYSE: GNRC) is down 5% after-hours Wednesday on talk the secondary offering pulled the other day is back again, at a smaller size.
On Tuesday, Generac withdrew the offering stock by certain selling stockholder citing "market conditions."
At that time the company was looking to sell 11.5 million shares. Tonight's offering is said to be 6 million shares.
