Foamix (FOMX) Announces Ordinary Shares Offering

Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. ("Foamix") (Nasdaq: FOMX) announced that it intends to commence an underwritten public offering of its ordinary shares. A portion of the shares will be sold by certain selling shareholders. Foamix also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the ordinary shares sold in the public offering on the same terms and conditions.

Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering. Guggenheim Securities, LLC is acting as lead manager.
