Flushing Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: FFIC) announced today that it has completed its public offering of 8,317,400 shares of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. The net proceeds of the offering after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses are expected to be approximately $90.5 million.
