Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) announced that it has priced its offering of 15,800,000 shares of its common stock at $19.00 per share. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are the joint book-running managers, with Barclays Capital Inc., Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co. and Stephens Inc. serving as co-managers.
The company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase 2,370,000 additional shares at the offering price.
The net proceeds from this offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including the potential repayment of indebtedness under the Company's existing $1.1 billion syndicated credit agreement.
