Duff & Phelps (DUF) Prices 2.5M Shares at $15.50/Share

Duff & Phelps Corporation (NYSE: DUF) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 2.5 million shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $15.50 per share. Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as the sole underwriter for the offering.

Duff & Phelps intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to redeem an equal number of units in Duff & Phelps Acquisitions, LLC that are held by existing unit holders.
