Columbus Nova, Renova to Invest $65M in Ameritrans Capital (AMTC)

Ameritrans Capital (Nasdaq: AMTC) announces an affiliate of Columbus Nova, LLC, Renova US Holdings, Ltd. will purchase a majority stake in Ameritrans Capital Corp. as part of a $65 million equity investment plan.
The company said Renova will own about 80.3% of the adj-common equity.
