China Agritech (CAGC) Files 3.15M Common Shelf for Selling Shareholders

China Agritech, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAGC) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today to sell, from time to time, up to 3,151,536 shares of Common Stock on behalf of Selling Shareholders.

China Agritech will not receive any of the proceeds from this sale.
