Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: CHKM) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 9,250,000 common units representing limited partner interests owned by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). GIP offered the units to the public at $28.70 per unit and has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,247,003 additional common units.
