Cheniere Energy (AMEX: LNG) shares are indicated over 4 percent lower Tuesday following the pricing of a larger common stock offering.
According to a release, Cheniere plans to sell 28 million common at $14.05, a discount of 4.4 percent from Monday's close at $14.69. The size is 40 percent larger than the original amount announced Monday.
