Central European Distribution Corporation (Nasdaq: CEDC) announced the public offering of 3,125,000 shares of its common stock. CEDC intends to grant the underwriters an option for a period of 15 days to purchase up to 312,500 additional shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments.
