Campus Crest (CCG) Prices 6.5M Offering at $10.10/Share

Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (NYSE: CCG) has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.10 per share, for net proceeds of approximately $62.7 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and other net estimated offering costs. The Company also granted the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 975,000 shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on or about July 2, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
