Brigham Exploration (BEXP) Prices 16M Share at $10.50
Brigham Exploration Company (NASDAQ: BEXP) priced its offering of 16,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $10.50 per share.
Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used primarily to accelerate the development of Brigham's Williston Basin acreage position by drilling 24 net horizontal wells in 2010, which will target both the Bakken and Three Forks objectives.
