BreitBurn Energy Partners (BBEP) Prices 8M Offering at $18.80/Unit
BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P. (Nasdaq: BBEP) has priced its public offering of 8,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests at a price to the public of $18.80 per unit. The Partnership has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 common units from the Partnership. The offering is expected to close on February 8, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
Net proceeds of $144.2 million are expected, less underwriter allotment.
