Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANTH) shares are getting hit Thursday morning after it disclosed pricing for its upcoming stock offering.
According to the company, a 33 million common stock offering will sell for $1 per share, which is a 25 percent discount to Wednesday's closing price of $1.33.
Shares are about 16 percent lower in early trading.
