Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALXN) priced its public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $93.02 per share.
The net proceeds to Alexion, after deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $462.0 million.
