Zendesk (ZEN) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c, FY Revenue Guidance Tops Views

Zendesk (NYSE: ZEN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.08), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.11). Revenue for the quarter came in at $48.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $46.34 million.

Zendesk sees Q3 2015 revenue of $51-53 million, versus the consensus of $50.68 million.

• Non-GAAP operating loss of $7.0 - 8.0 million, which excludes share-based compensation and related expenses of approximately $14.5 million and amortization of purchased intangibles of approximately $0.4 million
• GAAP operating loss of $21.9 - 22.9 million

Zendesk sees FY2015 revenue of $198-201 million, versus the consensus of $194.20 million.

• Non-GAAP operating loss of $28.0 - 30.0 million, which excludes share-based compensation and related expenses of approximately $55.0 million and amortization of purchased intangibles of approximately $1.7 million
• GAAP operating loss of $84.7 - 86.7 million
