WGNB Corp. (Nasdaq: WGNB) announce a Q2 2006 dividend of 0.265 cents per share to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2006. The dividend is payable on July 3, 2006. The second quarter 2006 dividend represents a 0.01 cent, or 3.9% increase over the first quarter of 2006 and a 0.04 cent, or 17.8% increase over the second quarter of 2005.
