Vantiv (NYSE: VNTV) reported Q2 EPS of $0.32, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $260.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $247.11 million.
Vantiv sees FY2012 EPS of $1.13-$1.17, versus prior guidance of $1.09-$1.13 and the consensus of $1.14. Vantiv sees FY2012 revenue of $1-$1.02 billion, versus the consensus of $1.01 billion.
