Unusual 11 Mid-Day Movers 6/29: CRWS, ARTX, IOC, TRW Higher; CLWT, RMTI, ABCW, ALY Lower

Crown Crafts, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRWS) 59.6% HIGHER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.35 (ex-items) compared to $0.16 profit for the same period last year. Revenues were $24.6 million compared to $24 million for the same period last year.

Arotech Corporation (NASDAQ: ARTX) 30.7% HIGHER; announced that its Armor Division has received a new order valued at $10 million for its David Light Armored Vehicle. This order includes an option on the part of the purchaser for a similar number of additional vehicles, and was received three weeks after the Company announced a separate $2 million order for Davids. With these orders, Arotech's backlog stands at $42 million.

Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (Nasdaq: CLWT) 21.5% LOWER; reports FY08 EPS of $0.01, compared to $0.04 last year. Revenue for the quarter was $31.74 million, up 16% from the $27.23 million last year.

Interoil Corp. (NYSE: IOC) 19.9% HIGHER; trading higher following reports from the South China Morning Post, as noted in Reuters, that China National Offshore Oil Corp (NYSE: CEO) and Petrochina (NYSE: PTR) are planning bids for a stake in the company's natural gas project that could be worth up to $500 million.

TRW Automotive (NYSE: TRW) 17.7% HIGHER; JP Morgan upgrades from Neutral to Overweight and raised their price target to $15, following news the company amendeded its primary credit facility which the firm said makes TRW a "clear survivor."

Rockwell Medical Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMTI) 17.4% LOWER; giving back gains late Friday following news that it will be added to the Russell 2000, 2500, 3000 and Global Indexes.

Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin, Inc. (Nasdaq: ABCW) 16.6% LOWER; reports Q4 loss of $2.05, compared to a gain of $0.27 in the same quarter last year. Net interest income for the quarter was $28.71 million, versus $35.07 million in Q408.

Allis-Chalmers Energy (NYSE: ALY) 15.6% LOWER; after the close Friday announced the closing of its previously announced private placement transactions with Lime Rock Partners V, L.P., raising $49.7 million. Today, announced that it has accepted for purchase an aggregate of $74,762,000 in principal amount of its senior notes, comprised of $30,562,000 aggregate principal amount of its 9.0% Senior Notes due 2014 and $44,200,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8.5% Senior Notes due 2017

AVI BioPharma (Nasdaq: AVII) 11.2% LOWER; trading lower for the same reason as Rockwell Medical.

SLM Corp (NYSE: SLM) 9.5% HIGHER; FBR Capital boosted its price target on SLM this morning in a bullish research note.

Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) 8.8% HIGHER; announced today that it has successfully completed its previously announced refinancing of the majority of its September 2010 debt maturities, including its $145 million Tranche 1 Term Loan and $1.75 billion senior secured revolving credit facility.
